Inadequately educated workforce is the most significant Executive concern behind tax regulations, inefficient government bureaucracy, and tax rates.

Average percentage of the payroll invested in training by the US companies is 2.34%. The US is ranked 1/134 in overall competitiveness in the 2008/9 report.
